DiscoveRx offers a growing portfolio of cell-based pathway assays that may be used to dissect signaling pathways at different nodal points and elucidate true biological selectivity. These assays provide a novel non-imaging, approach for measuring multiple cellular signaling events such as protein translocation, secretion, degradation and expression with a highly sensitive chemiluminescent detection method.
